How will I receive my login credentials?

You will receive your Business Online Banking login credentials via two emails within one business day when you enroll in Business Online Banking at account opening. Contact our Business Customer Service Center at 877.768.1145 if you do not receive your login information.

The first email you receive from Santander Bank will include your Organization ID and your User ID. The second email you receive will include your temporary Password.

What should I do if I did not enroll in Business Online Banking at account opening and now want to?

Call Santander's Business Customer Service center at 877.768.1145 or visit a Santander branch.

Will I be able to transact immediately upon enrolling in Business Online Banking?

Once you receive your Organization ID, User ID, and temporary Password, and use them to login to your account, you will be ready to use the available features. For example, you’ll be able to view your accounts and balances, transfer funds, pay bills, and set up other user accounts for your support staff.

What additional steps do you recommend to make the most of Business Online Banking?

Setup Alerts to monitor your accounts.

Enrolling in email Alerts for balance levels or Wire Transfer activity lets you know important cash flow information while you’re on the go. Not enrolled in Alerts? Just login to Business Online Banking and select the Alerts tab.

How will I receive my deposit statements?

Deposit account statements are mailed to you and are also available through Business Online Banking. You can opt in to go paperless by logging into Business Online Banking and selecting Statements and Documents.

What if I forget my User ID and/or Password?

If you forgot your login credentials, please call Santander's Business Customer Service center at 877.768.1145 to retrieve them.

Can I update my street address, e-mail address, or phone number using Business Online Banking?

To change your street address:*

  1. Login to your account
  2. Select the Customer Service tab
  3. Select “My Profile & Preferences” in the left-hand menu
  4. Under Customer Information, select “Change Address”
  5. Enter required information
  6. Verify your updated address

To change your e-mail address:*

  1. Login to your account
  2. Select the Customer Service tab
  3. Select “My Profile & Preferences” in the left-hand menu
  4. Under Customer Information, select “Manage Contact Details”
  5. Under Contact Details – Email, select “Modify” then “Go”
  6. Enter new e-mail address
  7. Verify your updated e-mail address

To change your phone number:*

  1. Login to your account
  2. Select the Customer Service tab
  3. Select “My Profile & Preferences” in the left-hand menu
  4. Under Customer Information select "Manage Contact Details"
  5. Under Contact Details - phone, select "Modify" then "Go"
  6. Enter new phone number
  7. Verify your updated phone number

Mobile Business Banking

Manage your business finances on the go with Mobile Business Banking from Santander.

How do I use Mobile Business Banking?

To use the Santander Business Mobile Banking App on your phone or tablet:

  1. Complete your first time login on Business Online Banking
  2. Download the Santander Mobile Business Banking App from your device's app store
  3. Use the same credentials (Organization ID, User ID and Password) you use to login to Business Online Banking to login to the Mobile Business Banking App

What if I forget my User ID and/or Password?

If you forgot your login credentials, call the Business Customer Center at 877.768.1145.


Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile Check Deposit is a convenient service that enables you to easily and securely deposit your checks directly from your phone—no more extra trips to the bank required.

Can I deposit checks electronically?

Yes, you can use your mobile decice to deposit checks, saving you the time of going to the bank. Simply download the Mobile Business Banking and follow these steps:*

  1. Open the app
  2. Endorse check with "for mobile deposit only"
  3. Select the account where the check should be deposited
  4. Snap a picture of the front and back of your check
  5. Enter the amount of the check
  6. Select continue
  7. Verify the information
  8. Select submit

Business Debit Mastercard®

When will I receive my Business Debit Mastercard?

You should expect your card to arrive in the mail 5-7 business days after opening your account.

When will I receive my new Business Debit Card Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

You should expect your PIN to arrive in the mail 5-7 business days after opening your account. For added security, your card and PIN will arrive in two separate mailings.

You can also setup or change your PIN by visiting the closest Santander branch.


Business Money Market Savings Account

The more you save, the more you earn with a Business Money Market Savings Account from Santander.

What are some ways I can use my Business Money Market Savings Account?

To make the most of your account, you can set up:

  • Auto Transfer: Automatic, recurring transfers from your Santander business checking account to your savings account to help build your savings for your business
  • Overdraft Protection: Your savings account can cover overdrafts in Santander Business Checking account.*

*Withdrawals and transfers from your savings and money market savings accounts are limited by federal law. You can withdraw or transfer funds from a savings or money market savings account a total of six (6) times per Service Fee Period (such as by automatic or pre‐authorized transfers using telephone banking, online banking, mobile banking, overdraft protection, payments to third parties, wire transfers, checks, and drafts). We will charge you a fee if you exceed these limits. If you repeatedly exceed these limits, we may close your account or convert it to another type of account that does not limit withdrawals, and it may be an account that pays less or no interest. If we elect to close or convert your account, we will notify you.

When will I receive my initial order of checks and deposit tickets??

If you placed an initial order for checks and deposit tickets you should receive it within 10 business days of opening your account. Contact us if you don’t receive them or any information is printed incorrectly.

If you opened your account in a branch, you should have received temporary checks in your new account opening kit.
